Ona is a celebration of the biodiversity and gastronomic traditions of Bolivia. The word “ona” means “gift” in Pukina, the language spoken by the Uru Chipaya, an ancient Andean culture, whose origins precede the Inca empire and were the first to cultivate quinoa and potatoes. The menu of Ona restaurant was designed to combine tradition and innovation to create a high-class culinary experience prioritizing fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.
