Day 4. Santa Marta-Night Safari.

Breakfast at the hotel.

Ground transportation takes you to the Don Diego River, which originates in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. From there, you will board a boat and travel downstream, where you will encounter various species such as birds, howler monkeys, giant fish, crabs, herons, crocodiles, and caimans. You will also see colorful nocturnal flowers and reach the river's mouth where it meets the sea, revealing a beautiful mangrove forest. As the sun sets, you can enjoy a bonfire and a refreshment. The return journey is by boat along the river and then by ground transportation back to the hotel.
