Day 2: Cartagena
Cartagena (City Tour with Castillo San Felipe)
Breakfast. You will meet one of our representatives at your hotel to begin a panoramic tour of Cartagena de Indias at the agreed time to begin a wonderful tour of this museum city whose streets and surroundings show the charm of its colonial, republican and modern. During the circuit, you will pass through the modern area of Bocagrande and the Manga neighborhood, where the contrast between the republican architecture and its modern buildings will surprise you. Then you will visit the Castle of San Felipe de Barajas, that it was built in 1657, with which the Spanish sought to defend themselves from English attacks in the seventeenth century; And of course, it will be unmissable to take a brief walk through “the historic center of the city” which in 1984, together with the San Felipe Castle and the set of fortifications, were included by UNESCO on the list of World Heritage Sites.
To end the tour and before returning to your hotel, taking advantage of your stay in the country that produces the highest quality emeralds in the world, you will visit the Emerald Museum, there you will learn about the evolution of the rarest, most valuable mineral and, at the same time, the most exclusive in the world.

Day 4: Santa Marta

Breakfast. At the agreed time, one of our representatives will pick you up to take you on a private land transfer from Cartagena to Santa Marta. Arrive at the hotel of your choice overnight. This service does not include an English-speaking guide, only a driver.
Duration: approximately 3 ½ Hours from the departure of Cartagena.
Day 5: Santa Marta
Santa Marta (City Tour)
Breakfast. Tourist tour of one of the oldest cities in South America that offers the visitor a historical and cultural legacy with colonial treasures. Its geographical location close to the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta makes the surroundings of this city offer wonderful inlets of white sand and crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. During the tour you will visit the Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, the Minor Basilica Cathedral, the Gold Museum, or the Customs House, in addition, within the tour you will make a stop at the monument to “Pibe Valderrama” where you will have free time to take photos, before finish the tour there will be a panoramic visit of Taganga. The Gold Museum closed on Mondays.
