Departure times start at 8:00 AM and run hourly until 2:00 PM.

On arrival - Terminal 1

Welcome to Los Cabos. After collecting your luggage and passing through Customs, please take the right-hand exit, the Pre-Scheduled Transportation Exit, and do NOT exit through the Resident’s Exit. Our staff will be waiting outside the terminal building with a sign that says EPIC DMC. Our staff wears burgundy shirts and khaki pants. To avoid delays in your transportation, please do not stop with the timeshare staff inside the airport terminal if you do not plan to invest in a timeshare during your vacation.

On arrival - Terminal 2

Welcome to Los Cabos. After collecting your luggage and passing through Customs, please exit the airport terminal building and walk under the shaded area to Meeting Point #10. Our staff will be waiting there with a sign that says EPIC DMC, wearing burgundy shirts and khaki pants. To avoid delays in your transportation service, please do NOT stop inside the airport terminal with timeshare promotions unless you plan to make a larger investment during your vacation.
